After raining all night and forecast to do so through the morning, it let up earl and the sun came out early enough to make a walk to Lake Calhoun. I was interested in seeing if there were any urban anglers out for the fishing opener, but there was nary a fisher man, woman, or child to be seen. There was, however, a sail boat just taking off from the dock as I arrived. With a steady breeze from the northwest, they were in their element.
